Bio: Many people are afraid of gaining weight after meal. In fact,

Eat less. Yes I know that it may hurt a little but
your portion sizes have to be cut a little. There are some
really good tips you can use to make it easier for you: Never take seconds.
Fill your plate with what you need of calories to survive.
You can also get some smaller plates because your eyes get full before your stomach.
